Every caregiver completes dementia and Alzheimer's care training before their first shift — including communication techniques, behavior redirection, fall prevention, and how to maintain calming routines. But training is just the baseline. We also match caregivers to clients based on personality and temperament, because the relationship matters as much as the credentials.

We work hard to ensure consistency — which is especially important for memory care clients. Familiar faces and familiar routines reduce anxiety and confusion. We assign a primary caregiver and limit the rotation as much as possible. If a change is ever needed, we introduce the new caregiver gradually.

Every care plan is different, so we don't publish a flat rate. What we can tell you: our minimum is just 3 hours per visit, there are no long-term contracts, and in-home care is often significantly more affordable than memory care facilities — while keeping your loved one in the home she knows. We review every care plan every 90 days — and sooner if things change. You can increase hours, add overnight care, or adjust the plan at any time. We build around your loved one's current reality, not a fixed package. No long-term contracts means you're never locked in.
